Artistic Practice
The main theme of his art is the exploration of the interaction between humans and space, and the influence of the artistic environment on the viewer.
In his projects, he doesn't just depict masses of people; he creates an environment that transforms the viewer's perception, evoking a sense of pressure or immersion in a collective experience.
His work is characterized by minimalism, interaction with space, the symbolism of the human body and its deformation as a means of conveying emotional states, the contrast between stasis and dynamism, and an exploration of the mechanisms by which mass processes influence individual perception.
His approach to art is based on the conviction that form is not merely a visual object but an active element of space that affects the viewer. His works compel one to feel, reflect, and seek balance between physical and emotional experience.

Statement

In my practice, I explore the human being and the space it shapes, which in turn shapes it. I am interested in how we feel among others, how proximity transforms into pressure, and how commonality coexists with solitude.

The human body is the foundation of my artistic language. Through its form, deformation, gesture, and interaction with other figures, I convey emotional states. In my works, bodies can become part of a shared structure, fill space, or define its boundaries. In this way, I address the relationships between the personal and the collective, freedom and limitation, the need to belong and the desire to preserve oneself.

I work with painting, installation, video art, and small sculpture. My education in monumental painting influences how I think about scale, composition, and the relationship of a work to its environment. Simplification of forms, repetition, and the contrast of stasis and movement help me focus on the feeling that arises when encountering a piece.

It is important to me that the work leaves room for the viewer's personal experience. I strive to create a space where one can recognize their own state, feel tension or intimacy, and reflect on their place among others.
